Early in his career, Matt began setting records for both the number of homes sold and dollar volume and he hasn’t stopped since. Between 2003 and 2014, Matt closed over 300 transaction sides totaling over $100 Million. In 2011, he closed more Aquidneck Island transactions than any other individual agent and he consistently ranks among the top 2% of all sales agents in Rhode Island year after year.
An innovative and resourceful marketer, Matt expanded his business to include marine real estate and he is now regarded as an authority on dockominium sales and marketing. Matt’s experience includes hundreds of single family and condominium sales ranging from multi-million dollar properties to REO and distressed sales. In addition, he has managed commercial and investment sales, new construction projects, condo conversions, property rehabs and 1031 exchanges for a wide variety of clients. In 2009, Matt joined Leslie Hogan as Broker/Co-owner of Hogan Associates. He has been recognized by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate and continues to help new and existing residential and commercial clients reach their real estate goals.
Matt’s quite a dad too. When he’s not working, he and Will make the most of life in Newport.
